Janice Wong Pineapple Tarts

Hunting for the best Pineapple tarts with a twist during Chinese New Year? The famous Singaporean Pastry Chef, Janice Wong's Dark Chocolate Pineapple Tarts you must not miss out!

They were actually a special gift by my best sister who also is a dessert lover like me, this year's best Pineapple Tarts I have to greatly applause Janice Wong. If you are also a Singaporean/Local and we have had hundreds or even a thousand of pineapple tarts during so many Chinese New Years, is time for a new change besides always having the traditional pineapple tarts. Don't get me wrong, of course the traditional pineapple tarts are also good but sometimes a new twist could really change your mind and enjoy both traditional and modern taste. Explode your taste buds to a new universe!

Boon Tong Kee Chicken Rice

Singapore Best Chicken Rice wars has never ending battles throughout the island. But in my opinion Boon Tong Kee's Chicken Rice stole my heart a long time ago until now.

Signature Boiled Chicken (Half) SG$14.

Best White Chicken that was so tender and juicy if you eat together with the chubby skin. I can gladly finish half chicken alone, not scaring you off but this is how good it is.

Crispy Beancurd SG$8.

Very smooth deep-fried tofu perfectly combines with the wasabi mayonnaise dip well.

Crispy Roast Chicken (Half) SG$13.80

*Minimum order half chicken.

The crispy roast chicken was so good that, you have to come early for it. They're sold out so rapidly just like a rocket. It was my first time trying it as it's always sold out... Deliciously crispy!

I always leave Boon Tong Kee with a happy tummy pumped up. If you visit Singapore, come Boon Tong Kee for the best Chicken Rice!

Post Bar, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

The luxurious sophisticated chillax bar, hanging out with your friends or having a vacation in Singapore over a glass of drink at Post Bar, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore sounds precisely terrific.

Don't miss out taking a picture with the Post, was once the transaction hall of the General Post Office.

Truffle Fries SG$19 (with Truffled mayonnaise, ketchup).

Singapore Sling SG$24, Pineapple Mojito SG$23.

Singapore Sling was my favorite cocktail of all times although I usually don't drink alcohol. While I had my first Singapore Sling on-board Singapore Airline, it was always amazing and I truly enjoy the drink. You will definitely miss the noteworthy Singapore Sling in Singapore at Post Bar.
